Introduction
We are looking for recent graduates who want to challenge themselves in an international business environment, made of a selected presence in the countries of Central-Eastern Europe and North Africa, with 7.4 million customers in 12 countries, through 883 branches.
As part of your collaboration with our Synergies & Interdivisional Business Development team, you will support the Chief of the Division in the definition of high-impact strategic initiatives, coordinating initiatives and stakeholders, facilitating people commitment and goals fulfilment.
Activities
• Cooperate with the relevant Group functions in identifying the strategic initiatives of the Division, leveraging on possible synergies to boost IBD growth;
• Prioritise initiatives based on their impact and value creation, organising coherent programmes;
• Ensure the engagement and constant alignment of all stakeholders involved in the strategic initiatives and priority activities;
• Prepare periodic documentation for the Group’s Top Management;
• Oversee the planning and execution of meetings and Committees with the IBD Top Management;
• Support the Chief of the Division in managing priority activities.
Requirements
• Master's Degree, preferably in Management, Administration or Business-related fields;
• Advanced skills in MS PowerPoint;
• Adaptable team player;
• Accuracy and punctuality in deliveries;
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
