Scope and Purpose
Increase the profitability of Interest Rates sales team, by improving significantly the performance of mid and large corporate clients with focus on Flow but, more important on strategic business, delivering value added solutions.
Experience Required
5y on Interest Rates or Macro Sales to Italian/European Corporates
Required qualifications and competencies
- Deep knowledge of Interest Rates market
- Strong capabilities to leverage existing Clients of the Bank and proactiveness to onboard new ones with an entrepreneur approach
- Team spirit is essential to deliver high profile results
- Proactive attitude to deliver high added value service and coverage to corporate clients large and mid
- Putting clients first, building relationships to understand and exceed expectations
- Acting like a partner with colleagues, responding to feedback from managers and peers
- Thinking creatively and encouraging, challenging the traditional thinking
