Scope and Purpose
The candidate will report directly to the Global Head of Incentive Plan Design and support her in:
- Designing incentive systems at Group and Company levels
- Following the related activities with the Compliance / Audit processes
- Deal with Strategic Planning and Budget&Control to select goal baskets for the annual incentive process
Required experience
Previous experience in a Compensation team in a financial services Company
Competencies required
- Proactive, self-motivated and committed to excellence under any circumstance
- Solid problem solving and ability to perform well under pressure and against tight deadlines
- Personal standing and solid oral communication skills
Required qualifications, skills and knowledge
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of Regulation on Compensation in Banking and Financial Services businesses (Bank of Italy, CRD IV, EBA, ISVAP/ IVASS, MIFiD, AIFMD, UCITIS V)
- Knowledge of short term incentive system
- Knowledge of long term equity based system
- Strong written presentation skills (both Word and PowerPoint)
- Performance measurement skills
- Analytical skills (Excel; Access)
