Eurizon Capital SGR S.p.A., part of the Intesa Sanpaolo Group, specialises in asset management, offering products to retail clients (mutual funds and managed accounts) as well as to institutional clients, to whom it provides a wide range of tailored investment products and services. Scope and Purpose
- Execute the Eurizon Capital S.A. business plan in the target markets for all products and for all client segments (internal and/or external, institutional and/or wholesale) as agreed with the Head of Sales & Client Management
- Build and develop Eurizon Capital presence in the target markets leading the local sales effort, enlarging the client base and the local Asset under Management as well as create awareness around Eurizon Capital brand and capabilities
Major duties and responsibilities
- Builds, maintains and develops relationships with Local Clients in accordance with the organisation’s strategy
- Introduces and markets new standard/personalised financial products and services to existing
- Is in charge of all activities related to both business development activities and relationship management
- Analyses client needs and requirements and sets up adapted strategies
- Informs and advises clients on strategic plans by promoting the Eurizon’s products and services
- Identifies new business opportunities, introduces newly launched products (standard or tailored) and services to existing and prospect clients
Work Experience
10+ years in a similar position
Technical and Interpersonal Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics or similar (MBA is welcome) and at least ten years of experience in a similar position
- In-depth knowledge of financial products and services
- Target market expertise and good knowledge of competitors
- Ability to build very strong and lasting relationships with clients
- Outstanding negotiation skills and a very good command of commercial techniques
- Good knowledge of computer-based tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook
- In-depth knowledge of AM industry, key clients and prospects in the Target Area
- Up to date knowledge of the operational and regulatory framework in the Target Area
- In-depth understanding of investment products, philosophy and processes.
- Strong interpersonal, relationship, selling and marketing skills
- Experience of building and managing client relationships
- Experience of leading and motivating a team
- Ability to work in cross-cultural environments
