Planning & Control - Pricing - Internship

Introduction

For International Banks Division, within the Planning & Control Department, and specifically the Commercial Planning, Pricing & CRM sub-department, you will actively contribute to the delivery of high-impact IBD Pricing Office initiatives. You will support the team in monitoring, coordinating, and enhancing pricing activities across multiple banks and business units, while contributing to the development of advanced pricing tools, models, and methodologies.

Activities

•    Operate in a fast-paced, international and multicultural environment, working across multiple geographies and business units 
•    Hands on advanced dashboards and reporting tools to support senior management decision-making 
•    Perform in-depth data analysis and generate actionable insights on business performance, pricing, and profitability dynamics 
•    Contribute to high-impact cross-functional projects, supporting the delivery of strategic pricing initiatives 
•    Monitor key performance indicators (e.g. volumes, spreads, margins) and support the continuous improvement of pricing effectiveness

Requirements

•    Degree in STEM disciplines (e.g. Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science) or Economics/Finance with a strong quantitative focus 
•    Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to structure and solve complex problems 
•    Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint 
•    Fluent in English (written and spoken) 
•    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines 
•    Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and ownership 
•    Team player with excellent collaboration and communication skills
