You could be the right person for the Human Resources Contracts & Cost Management Structure.

 

Activities:

• Administrative support (immigration, documentation, reporting, economic proposal, relocation, logistics and tax compliance) of the resources from the Subsidiary Banks that are seconded to Italy within the Division (Inbounds);
• Involvement in update and monitor activities about the DWH platform for the collection of personnel data, training and CSRD and provide support to local HR representatives;
• Support the monitoring of the personnel cost performance of the Division and International Subsidiaries and analyzing the consolidated data-trend and prepare periodic reporting;
• Support in updating personnel management system of competence;
• Assist the Team in monitoring monthly control of the invoices regarding the cost of the seconded personnel and monitoring of ISBD Business Trips costs.

Requirements

- Good mastery of English Language (other ISBD languages are a plus)
- Good knowledge of MS Office (maninly MS Word, Excel and Power Point)
