Introduction

 

The candidate will join the Commercial Performance Analysis & FTP Management team, a dynamic young team of 11 people that is in charge of analyzing and monitoring the commercial performances of the Subsidiary banks of ISP Group by business unit (Retail, Corporate). The team belongs to the Planning and Control Department of the International Subsidiary Banks Division.

 

What will be your activities

The candidate will support the team to carry on the following activities:

 

  • Work together with the Head Office Business departments and the Subsidiary banks to identify and scatter the best practices in the fields of business planning and monitoring;
  • Support the Subsidiaries during the budgeting process in order to set challenging but sustainable targets;
  • Support the HO Business department in the interaction with the Business Departments of the Subsidiaries by providing accurate and timely information;
  • Prepare Actual/Budget reporting and presentations to be shared at Divisional/Subsidiary level;
  • Analyse and monitor the Subsidiaries' results by business unit, the variances versus budget or previous periods, and prepare the weekly/monthly segment reporting;
  • Participate in the forecasting process in order to identify possible corrective actions with the goal  of achieving the budget targets and prepare the Forecast reporting;
  • Prepare presentations and ad-hoc analysis to be shared with Top Management;
  • Explore new dimensions of analysis with the aim of building new reporting using BI tools.

Requirements

  • Degree in Economics or Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics
  • Desire to get involved
  • Flexibility and team-working attitude
  • Organizational and planning skills with attention to detail
  • At least a basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PBI)
  • Fluent English
  • Plus: theoretical knowledge of relational database (SQL)
