Scopo e Attività
- Support the structuring and execution of a broad range of ECM transactions on behalf of Intesa Sanpaolo’s clients, including IPOs, ABBs, Rights Issues, Block Trades, and EQL deals.
- Collaborate closely with and support the ECM teams in Milan, London, and New York in originating ECM transactions.
- Liaise with teams in Sales, Research, Trading, Compliance, and Legal to provide capital markets advice and market insights to Intesa Sanpaolo’s corporate clients.
- Manage the day-to-day execution process, coordinating internally with other teams within Intesa Sanpaolo as well as externally with clients, other banks, legal advisors, auditors, and authorities.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider ECM, structuring, financing, and lending businesses, as well as other stakeholders within Investment Banking and Commercial Banking.
- Support senior bankers in managing the books during live deals
Esperienza Richiesta
Qualifying experience must include up to 3 years in Investment Banking (ECM or ECM Syndicate experience preferred but not essential).
Qualifiche Richieste, Skills e Competenze
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or any related discipline
- Experience in dealing with clients on a daily basis during both live deals and the origination phase
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Experience in working as part of multi-deal teams for equity capital markets transactions, with progressively increasing leadership responsibilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience with Bloomberg and Dealogic suite
- Fluency in English is essential (both written and spoken)
