Scope and Purpose
We are looking for a Commodity trader to join the Commodity Trading team. The ideal candidate owns a direct experience in market-making on Energy (Gas, Power, EUS, Oil). Her or his role will include:
- Commodity products pricing and market risk management
- Providing liquidity and trade ideas to clients
- Running a n financial energy underlying book for cash and derivatives
- Contributing to the development of business initiatives
Experience Required
At least 6/7 years of trading experience in comparable roles
Skills and Competences required
- Graduate in Economics, Engineering, Physics or Mathematics
- Strong quantitative skills
- Good understanding of linear and non-linear derivatives
- Understanding of market dynamics and conventions
- Expertise of front office position keeping systems
- English speaking
- Good computer skills, programming knowledge (nice to have)
- Trading and Risk Management expertise on Energy Market
- Derivatives and physically settled OTC and listed products trading experience
