Scope and purpose

Support the relationship staff of the Corporate Desk in the activities connected to credit facility proposals, including pre-clearance with relevant senior stakeholders
Proactively assist the GRM/RMs in activities related to the preparation of credit facility proposals focusing particularly on the credit assessment phase interacting with Credit stakeholders also at senior level
Contribute to the successful execution of EU Hub Corporate Desk strategy working effectively with other team’ members in properly managing the credit pipeline, both in terms of new opportunities and portfolio management optimization.

Esperience Required

Minimum 15 years’ experience in Investment Banking, with solid experience in portfolio management of corporate coverage teams or Credit department, preferably in an International environment

Skills and competencies required

Sound knowledge of Investment Banking products and extensive expertise in credit / financial analysis / portfolio management
Solid skills of credit analysis including current and historical review, cash flow analysis and financial projections
Deep understanding of Credit process and capability of assessing new opportunities, preparing internal full-fledged credit package including financial analysis of the counterparties involved, peers’ analysis and deal structural risk
Good knowledge of standard contractual documentation
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including attitude to interact with senior management
