Introduction
Within the IMI Corporate & Investment Banking division (IMI C&IB), you will be part of a team of professionals responsible for originating Investment Banking transactions, driving strategic dialogue with the Bank’s top clients and executing most significant mandates.
You will have a unique opportunity to learn from and gain insights on some of the most relevant Italian and international strategic transactions in the market by working alongside experienced professionals of the IMI C&IB division.
Activities

Key responsibilities of the role:
- Active participation in the generation, structuring and execution of strategic transactions across the range of Investment Banking products, in cooperation with Industry teams and Product desks (e.g. M&A, ECM, DCM, Structured Finance, Rating Advisory, etc.)
- Provide support to senior colleagues for the development of financial models and business plans
- Perform corporate finance valuations (e.g. DCF, multiples, LBO), acquisition models, debt sizing and capital structuring
- Active contribution in the preparation of client presentations and underlying financial analyses
- Opportunity to work with top corporate clients gaining exposure to different sectors and getting a broad understanding of industry trends

Requirements
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering with a major in business administration or finance disciplines (currently pursuing or completed);
- Excellent academic track record
- Knowledge of corporate finance and accounting
- English: excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Previous experiences in M&A, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance boutique or Big Four considered as a plus
