Scope and Purpose

-    Support the Head of ECM and the team in arranging and executing complex deals exploiting the whole array of equity products
-    Enable major synergies with WM / UHNWI network

Required Experience

-    More than 7 years in leading domestic and international investment banks

Required Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge

-    Deep knowledge of ECM products
-    Strong connections with corporate clients and investors (long only stakeholders)
-    Specific knowledge and ability to define tailor-made equity market solutions (e.g. including pre-IPO situation)
-    Alternative Investment Vehicle market knowledge (e.g. including club deals structuring)
