Eurizon AM Croatia - Sales and Marketing Internship

Introduction

Within the Sales and Marketing Department of Eurizon AM Croatia, we are looking for a student of a senior/last year in Economics or Technical University who will cooperate with the Sales and Marketing  team and with other Departments when necessary.

Activities

The intern will cooperate with the tutor mainly in the following activities:

• Support the Sales team in day-to-day business activities

• Participate in training sessions for the distributors’ sales network

• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of product, marketing, and client documentation

• Provide support in the development and implementation of new products and services

• Monitor sales performance and support budget tracking and reporting

• Prepare regular sales and client reports

• Assist in market and competitor analysis

• Support regulatory and compliance-related activities for clients, primarily retail (e.g. AML processes)

• Provide administrative, procedural, and contractual support to distributors, fund users, and resellers

• Maintain and update the client database

• Support sales initiatives, including planning, organization, and execution of events

• Assist with client servicing and marketing activities

• Prepare marketing materials and client presentations

• Provide operational support to other company departments and the Management Board

What you will learn

In carrying out the activity, the intern will have the opportunity to work closely with different business areasdelving into the business processes of an asset management company as well as implement his/her skills in Sales and Marketing  within an Asset Management Company.

Requirements

• Knowledge of capital markets
• Advanced user of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Fluent in written and spoken Croatian and English, Italian is an advantage
• Banking and asset management industry additional asset
• Hardworking, proactive and professional
• Able to work under strict deadlines
• Systematic and with strong organization and communication skills
• Willing to acquire new skills
• Affinity with IT systems (SAS, SQL, VBA, databases, etc.)
• Strong analytical and communication skills and a good eye for detail
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly
• Ability to cope under pressure

Selection

The selection process is divided into two stages. You will take an interview with the Recruiting & Assessment Center team, that evaluates your soft skills. Those who pass this first step will receive an invitation for a technical interview with the relevant Division. Each candidate will receive feedback, regardless of the result.
