INTRODUCTION

 

We are looking for people who have just graduated and are interested in Digital Marketing, Design or/and Software engineering.

Teamworking, problem solving and analytical skills are what we are looking for in our new colleagues.

You will be in a team, working in order to improve (existing) process to make them more useful, usable, desirable for internal customers and create the best user experience by exploring many different approaches to solve end-users’ problems.

 

ACTIVITIES

 

  • Support the front-end during development phase;
  • Perform research & benchmark
  • Explore possible solutions and give form to the improved customer journey through concrete changes or new touchpoints

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

 

  • You will be able to understand the services involved and the complexity;
  • You will create high level prototypes;
  • You will develop familiarity with the UX processes

REQUIREMENTS

 

We are looking for someone with:

  • A degree in Digital Marketing, Design or/and Software engineering;
  • Knowledge of UX Design;
  • Familiarity with main UX tools (Sketch or Equivalents)
  • Capacity in sketching, visualizing, prototyping;

THE SELECTION PROCESS

 

The selection process is divided into two stages. You will take an interview with the Recruiting & Assessment Center team, that evaluates your soft skills. Those who pass this first step will receive an invitation for a technical interview with the relevant Division. Each candidate will receive feedback, regardless of the result.
