IMI CIB - Global Primary Markets & Solutions - Capital Markets Structuring

Scope and Purpose

Within Intesa Sanpaolo's Corporate & Investment Banking division, in the Global Markets area, the Corporate Structuring team develops tailor-made financial solutions (e.g., products / projects) for the Italian and International Corporates clients of IMI CIB Division on a cross-asset basis. The requested junior structurer will closely work with and help the team to price existing products and develop new solutions, with the aim of expanding Intesa's interest rate, FX, commodity and, with a focus, strategic equity businesses. To price and develop such solutions, the junior structurer will be in close contact with all the relevant functions of the bank (trading, quants, credits, legal, risk management) to ensure the optimal implementation of each solution. The junior structurer will also support the sales in the commercial activity with the clients. 

Experience

Experience: • From newly-graduates from MSc in Finance, Economics or Mathematical or Financial Engineering up to 2/3 years of experience in the Structuring/Solutions team of an investment bank, with a good track record into derivatives and financial markets exams • Strong understanding and knowledge of derivatives, capital markets and financial products. A special focus on strategic equity would be considered a plus. • English fluency is a requirement. Italian fluency will be a plus. Other languages will also be appreciated
