Introduction

 

We are looking for new graduated interested in the economic and digitlal world.

Teamworking, problem solving and analytical skills are the characteristics we are looking for in people who want to start a path within our Group.

You will work within Digical sub-dept of the International Subsidiary Banks Division, dealing with monitoring and analyzing the effectivness of digital campaigns and supporting the implementaion of targeting models.

Activities

 

You will be involved in the following activities:

- Analysis and business planning in the digital environment;
- Measuring the effectiveness of digital campaigns
- Supporting the preparation of budget and business plan reporting and presentations

What you will learn

 

•    You will learn the analysis and implementation of targeting models
•    You will develop familiarity with preparation of ad hoc reports and presentations upon request from the management.

Requirements

 

We are looking for someone with:

  • a degree in economics and finance or Mathematics/Statistics is a plus;
  • advanced knowledge of the main Microsoft Office tools (mainly Excel and Access) and Business Object (preferable);
  • fluency in spoken and written English;
  • analytical skills;
  • entrepreneurial attitude, initiative, pro-activity;
  • excellent relationship and ability to working Team.

Selection

 

The selection process is divided in two phases: you will carry out a digital video interview and, if successful, we will invite you to an interview with colleagues from the concerned structure. In any case, you will receive feedback regarding your application.
