Scope and purpose


The candidate will be involved in these main activities: 

  • Efficiently maintain/correct sources
  • Development of scripts
  • Technical and functional analysis
  • Internal Q/A & unit testing
  • Support user acceptance tests
  • Analysis and interpretation of technical requirements
  • Fine tuning of business rules and access control list
  • Import set management
  • Batch management experience
  • ServiceNow release update
  • Application support delivery
  • Drafting and maintenance of development, ‘run & build’ documentation
  • Internal Q/A & unit testing
  • Managing Cases on HI portal
  • Performances analysis and fine tuning

Experience Required


  • Coding Languages and Platforms:
    • ServiceNow platform development: any specific module;
    • Good overview of the ServiceNow Admin Role duties: minimum of two to three years’ experience.Java Script: minimum of two/three-year experience
  • Java Script: minimum of two/three-year experience
  • Experience on cloud-based applications, architectures and projects is an important plus
  • Experience on core banking systems is an important plus

Competences and Skills Required


  • Sound analysis and interpretation skills of in-scope technical requirements
  • Applications: HP ALM testing tool, or any other equivalent lifecycle/testing tool
  • IDEs: Visual Studio, SQL Developer, TOAD
  • Nice to have: IT Project management skills
  • University Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
  • Work-fluency spoken and written is required for at least two of the followings languages in order of preference: (1) French; (2) Italian; (3) English; (4) German
  • Communication skills within an international team
  • Ability to work productively and effectively even under time constraints
  • Autonomous, pro-active and resilient within given objectives and perimeter
  • Quality aware and oriented
  • Passionate about IT
