Scopo e Attività


FAMI is currently looking for the Head of Marketing Support and Product Development Manager inserted in the HR, Business Support and Operations area. The role is to lead the production of marketing materials to support commercial and distribution structures. The Desk Manager also guides all projects and activities related to the launch of new products (for example new mutual funds to be managed internally or to be delegated to third parties) or to the review of existing products (for example changes in investment policy, merger between funds, etc.). The Manager will have to interact with all relevant subjects - both internal to the organization and/or external - in order to coordinate the activities necessary to carry out each specific project within the defined deadline. The Manager must identify potential problems during the execution phase of the project as well as suggest appropriate corrective actions to be proposed to the project team and / or the Company's Senior Management.


Characteristics of the role

  • Attend all relevant meetings in order to analyze existing products / new products and define which interventions should be carried out
  • Coordinate all the activities necessary to implement new products / modify existing products if needed also acting as Project Manager (PMO) towards the relevant offices both internal and external to the Company involved in the project
  • Ensure the orderly and timely execution of project activities
  • Report any misalignment from the predefined deadlines to Senior Management with indication of possible corrective actions
  • Prepare presentations for each Committee / meeting in order to represent the progress of each specific project
  • Coordinate marketing communication activities with the priorities received in terms of product plan development and the needs expressed by distributors


Qualifiche Richieste, Skills e Competenze


Required experience and qualifications

  • At least 5 years' experience in product development manager and marketing support
  • In-depth understanding and experience of all technical functions and processes in preparatory activities for the launch of new products
  • Knowledge of the relevant regulations for the development of UCITS funds and of the operating models prevalent in the market
  • Proven ability to participate in complex projects with multiple stakeholders and multiple strategic objectives in the marketing support and product development area
  • In-depth and multi-year knowledge of MS Office
  • Bachelor's degree in business / economics / finance



  • Ability to work within a team environment
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Italian. Knowledge of French would be an additional advantage
  • Excellent time management, problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work accurately and with attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure by defining and respecting crucial deadlines for the execution of complex project activities
