Scopo e Attività


Supporting the the external fund administrator in the account opening process for the investment funds, which includes the preparation of documentation requested for fund account opening in the different markets (includes liaising with Company Secretary/ Public notary for certification/ notarization/ apostille where required, required for both new funds launched as well as periodic renewal of existing accounts)

  • Preparation of ad hoc documentation required for each market in case of changes, e.g. address change
  • Filling of forms, preparation of documentation requested by the custodian's tax department in relation to the funds, and preparation of documentation requested for tax purposes in the different markets upon request by external tax agent appointed (includes liaising with Company Secretary/ Public notary for certification/ notarization/ apostille where required)
  • Responding to KYC / documentary requests by external counterparties
  • Supporting with documentation requests of the external legal advisor in charge of class actions Keeping a record of the investment limit breaches reported by the external fund administrator nd seeking explanation from portfolio managers of the circumstances of the breach
  • Liaising with Brokers and supporting the Broker set-up process by gathering the required due diligence documents
  • Preparing the monthly compliance report for the Delegated Person for Regulatory Compliance, summarising the investment limit breaches and the AML data reported by the fund administrator, as well as any other relevant issue reported by the depositary or the fund administrator
  • Preparing the report for the bi-monthly investment committee, summarising the investment limit breaches and the AML data reported by the fund administrator
  • Performing KYC checks on direct clients (financial institutions) and annual sample check on the KYC documentation of retail clients collected by the distributors
  • Supporting in the timely and accurate completion of regulatory reporting via Central Bank of Ireland's ONR System
  • Maintain the inventory of internal policies and procedures
  • Providing support to the Compliance desk as required.

Esperienza Richiesta


At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a financial institution or a legal firm expebpb
