I'M IN, is the International Graduate Program of Intesa Sanpaolo IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division, designed for outstanding recent graduates and young professionals who aspire to build a career in Corporate & Investment Banking.

What you'll be doing

You will join the IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division within the Corporate & Strategic Solutions Sales – Rates Solutions team, supporting market analysis and interest rate hedging solutions for corporate clients in an international environment.

You will have the opportunity to support the following activities:

• Support market analysis and client needs assessment
• Contribute to structuring interest rate hedging solutions
• Support OTC derivatives activities
• Prepare reports and commercial presentations
• Monitor financial markets and macro dynamics

Who we are looking for

If you are looking to turn your passion into a career and meet the following requirements, we would be delighted to hear from you:

• 0–1 years of experience, if CIB or in audit is a plus
• Master’s degree in Finance/Economics
• Knowledge of capital markets (Rates focus)
• Knowledge of derivatives
• Corporate finance knowledge
• Advanced Excel skills
• English level C1
• Experience in Markets or IB
• International experience is a plus
