I'M IN, is the International Graduate Program of Intesa Sanpaolo IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division, designed for outstanding recent graduates and young professionals who aspire to build a career in Corporate & Investment Banking.

What you'll be doing

You will support the Global Credit Trading team within the Credit Derivatives & Certificates Trading desk, contributing to the development of systematic credit trading strategies with a focus on algorithmic trading and macro-hedging.

You will have the opportunity to support the following activities:

• Support development and testing of algorithmic trading strategies
• Monitor effectiveness of financial instruments for risk management
• Oversee automated trading strategies on corporate bonds
• Analyse market data and strategy performance
• Deepen knowledge of credit markets and derivatives
• Support daily desk activities and analysis

Who we are looking for

If you are looking to turn your passion into a career and meet the following requirements, we would be delighted to hear from you:

• 0–1 years of experience, if CIB or M&A is a plus
• Master’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics or similar
• Python for quantitative analysis
• Knowledge of financial data analysis
• Knowledge of credit markets and derivatives
• English level C1
• Strong data handling capabilities
• Knowledge of Bloomberg or ML tools
• International experience is a plus
