Introduction
Within the Risk Management Department of Eurizon AM Croatia, we are looking for a student of a senior/last year in Economics or Technical University who will cooperate with the Risk Management team and with other Departments when necessary.
Interested in Finance/Capital Markets/Asset Management
Activities
The intern will cooperate with the tutor mainly in the following activities:
• Implements the risk management policy and procedures.
• Executes risk assessment activities aimed to identifying and evaluating risks.
• Executes all major risk reporting in the Company.
• Performs controls on operational risks management defined in the risk assessment analysis in order to check the consistency of activities of each department with their targets.
• Identifies and measures the products' exposure to financial risks.
• Cooperates closely with the Compliance & AML function of the Company.
What you will learn
In carrying out the activity, the intern will have the opportunity to work closely with different business areas delving into the business processes of an asset management company as well as implement his/her skills in Risk Management within an asset management company

Requirements
- Knowledge of capital markets
- Advanced user of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Fluent in written and spoken Croatian and English, Italian is an advantage
- Banking and asset management industry additional asset
- Hardworking, proactive and professional
- Able to work under strict deadlines
- Systematic and with strong organization and communication skills
- Willing to acquire new skills
- Affinity with IT systems (SAS, SQL, VBA, databases, etc.)
- Strong analytical and communication skills and a good eye for detail
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly
- Ability to cope under pressure
Selection
The selection process is divided into two stages. You will take a videointerview with the Recruiting & Assessment Center team, that evaluates your soft skills. Those who pass this first step will receive an invitation for a technical interview with the relevant Division. Each candidate will receive feedback, regardless of the result.
