We currently offer a unique opportunity to welcome a new colleague – we are looking for an enthusiastic person who will help us grow in the Multinational segment and further develop a corporate customer portfolio in the 4th largest banking player in Eurozone!

VÚB is the second largest bank in Slovakia, member of the Intesa Sanpaolo Group, and the only universal bank licensed to provide the full range of banking services to the public, corporate and institutional clients.

Through VÚB´s Branch in Prague, it offers advanced corporate services in the Czech Republic and employs currently 20 people. It´s a pure "wholesale unit", mainly working with Mid-Large Czech corporates and Multinationals, and serving Intesa Sanpaolo Group's customers active in the country.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain business relationships with clients, prepare and implement cross-sell and acquisition strategies & tailor-made offers for the VIP customers of the bank
• Define the business conditions in the offer to the client in accordance with the business policy of the VUB Group and Intesa Sanpaolo
• Initiate cross-sell of products to the clients
• Submit and prepare credit proposals for active transactions to the competent bodies and monthly activity reporting
• Responsible for the quality of active transactions of the bank within the allocated and originated client portfolio
• Actively initiate business activities and optimize procedures and solutions
• Provide consultancy services to the clients in order to support cross-sell of VUB and Intesa Sanpaolo products
• Support colleagues in acquisition activities and in the management of allocated customer portfolio

Požadované skúsenosti

• Educational background preferably in Business or Economics
• Proficient presentation skills, with advanced Power Point expertise
• Fluent in both Czech and English, with excellent communication skills

Požadované zručnosti, kvalifikácia a znalosti

Qualification & skills:

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in corporate banking (large corporates)/structured finance teams
• Educational background preferably in Business or Economics
• Knowledge of corporate banking products & environment
• Strong understanding of financial analysis and financial reports
• Excellent client facing and negotiating skills
• Proficient presentation skills, with advanced Power Point expertise
• Fluent in both Czech and English, with excellent communication skills
• Confident, highly motivated and proactive
• Eager to contribute value and innovative ideas across all tasks
• Positive attitude towards working in an international environment
