IMI CIB_Accountant

Scope and Purpose

We are looking for an accountant who will join a team of 4 colleagues within the accounting department of the Intesa Sanpaolo - Paris branch.

Your mission:

• Be in charge of tax returns (IS, CVAE, CFE, C3S, VAT and VAT recovery ratio, DADS, DES and others)
• Manage the associated tax issues while improving the tax process
• Participate in the accounting processes and production of monthly reports to the Head Office in Italy
• Contribute to the accounting supervision works (control of fees related to financing operations, daily controls, outstanding reconciliation and others)
• Be involved in the e-invoicing and e-reporting project
• Contribute to the back-up process and the update of operating procedures

Required Experience

• 3 - 5 years of experience in the role is required.
• Experience in the banking sector is preferred.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge

• Master degree or equivalent qualification
• Knowledge in tax and accounting (IFRS/French-gaap)
• French
• English
• Good knowledge of bank accounting and tax issues
• Familiar with Excel, Word, PowerPoint
