Global Relationship Manager Aerospace & Defence Business Director

Overview

You will be responsible for a portfolio of Cilents operating in the Aerospace & defense Industry ensuring senior Coverage with French and European clients leveraging on knowledge of commercial banking products (incl. corporate lending, standard contracts documentation) and of investment banking products (M&A, DCM, ECM, Capital Markets, Structured Finance).

What you'll be doing

You will have the following responsibilities: 

• Overall budget assigned to the Clients in the portfolio and execution of each Client’s commercial plan
• Credit risk profile and overall credit plafond (and related credit processes) assigned to the Clients, with the support of the industry team and the relationship managers located in the branches of the Bank
• Day by day Client relationship management, under the supervision of the Head of Industry and Paris Head of Desk;
• Ideas generation and cross selling (i) along the industry value chain, and (ii) across the portfolio of Clients, in coordination with Paris Head of Desk,Industry Senior Corporate Banker and Corporate Banker
• Understand market trends and dynamics in order to support the Clients in their businesses along the value chain and worldwide
• Coordinating with other Departments within Intesa Sanpaolo Group (i.e. Credit Department) with the Group’s Product Factories and with the Group’s International network 

Who we are looking for

We would be pleased to hear from you if you have:

• Over 8 years in Coverage or Investment Banking (M&A, ECM, DCM) or Structured Finance;
• Access to a proprietary network of global corporate clients;
• Previous experience in corporate Clients’ coverage/relationship roles with European corporates operating in the Aerospace & defense Industry;
• Proven relationship with management of Aerospace and Defense Corporate (CFO, Global Treasurer, Head of Business Development, Head of Structured Finance);
• Knowledge of commercial banking products (corporate lending, standard contracts documentation);
• Knowledge of investment banking products (M&A, DCM, ECM, Capital Markets, Structured Finance)
