Accountant Associate

Overview

Join a human-sized structure within a leading investment bank, which deals with complex and demanding issues while maintaining an agile and streamlined organisation.
In this context, we are looking for a junior accountant to join our team.

What you'll be doing

• Be in charge of daily banks reconciliation
• Manage the customer and supplier invoicing process
• Participate in the accounting processes and production of monthly reports to the Head Office in Italy
• Contribute to the accounting supervision works (daily controls, outstanding reconciliation, …)
• Contribute to the back-up process and the update of operating procedures

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a candidate who is curious, rigorous and eager to understand banking- related topics within a constantly evolving organisation.
We would be pleased to hear from you if you have:

• Minimum 3 years of post-secondary education in accounting;
• A basic knowledge of accounting, ideally with exposure to bank accounting;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word and PowerPoint);
• Good command of both French and English;
• Strong ability to synthesise information and effectively organise your tasks
