Scope and Purpose

 

The colleague will manage these activities: 

 

Collection of information:

  • Annual reports, 10-K, 10-Q, etc.
  • Various press articles on company being analyzed
  • Information services, i.e. Moody’s, S&P, Bloomberg, One Source, Information Memorandum provided by Agent banks, Investment bank analyst reports, numerous financial sources available over the Internet

 

Proposal preparation and processing:

  • Transaction summary/Company background
  • In-depth credit analysis on new and existing deals and annual reviews
  • Internal spreadsheets
  • Internal credit rating
  • Financial projection modelling, when required
  • Upon review completion by the Head of Corporate Desk, forward to Branch Manager for approval
  • Attend bank meetings

 

Required Experience

 

  • Minimum of five years of experience
  • Capability to work independently with limited supervision.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge

 

 

  • Undergraduate Degree required; post graduate degree preferred
  • Formal credit training with a major U.S. bank is preferred
  • Ability to construct financial projection models
  • Comprehensive knowledge on principles of financial analysis 
  • Thorough understanding of basic Accounting rules and regulations.
  • Detailed understanding of banking products and U.S. corporate marketplace
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Advanced computer proficiency, particularly Word and Excel
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize heavy workflow

 

The salary range for this job offer would be 80k - 110k $
