Scope and Purpose

Monitor the processing of all Letter of Credit and Documentary Collection items to ensure processing is done in an efficient and timely manner
Ensure the department adheres to internal procedures, industry standards and regulations governing Letter of Credit and Documentary Collections, including BSA/AML/OFAC rules and regulations, Anti-Boycott Regulations, KYC policies and procedures.
Manage billing and reconciliation processes, including escalations
Facilitate the deployment of new systems and upgrades, operating procedures
Administer associated projects as assigned.

Required Experience

Minimum 7 years of experience.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge

Excellent technical knowledge and understanding of lncoterms, current ICC Uniform Customs & Practice (UCP522, UCP600) and ISP98.
Detailed knowledge of BSA/AML/OFAC rules and regulations (including Anti-Boycott), KYC policies and procedures.
Understanding of Banks policies and procedures and control environment.
Remarkable customer service expertise
PC literate with good knowledge of Word, Excel and SWIFT as well as the Bank’s internal processing systems
Good knowledge of banking accounting practices for each product

The salary range for this position is 95k - 135k $
