Scope and Purpose

The Business Analyst FSI will support the GRM with business development and managing the relationship with the Branch's FS clients
The Business Analyst will support the GRM in the structuring of products and services to meet customer needs, as well as with the development and enhancement of current and prospective client relationships
The Business Analyst will corroborate with the GRM in meeting with clients, including negotiating and structuring transactions
S/He will ensure the execution of all administrative requirements in support of the GRM

Required Experience

1-2 years of relevant work experience

Required Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge

Technical skills:

Understanding of Leveraged Buyout transactions and Private Equity fund structures
Knowledge of the Syndicated Loan Market
Knowledge of commercial, corporate and investment banking products

Proficiency in MS Office - Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Experience in a Leveraged Finance, Sponsor Coverage or Capital Markets role a plus
Experience with Bloomberg, SEC filings, rating agency reports, and equity research reports is a plus

The salary range for this position is 85k $-110k $
