Scope and Purpose
Expand the Strategic Equity Activity
Working together with Sales and Structuring teams to provide Corporate and Institutional clients of Intesa SanPaolo advanced Equity Solutions
Trading and manage risks in a risk-controlled environment
Required Experience
At a minimum 10 yr trading experience on Corporate Equity/Strategic Equity desk in an international Investment Bank
In depth knowledge of Equity linked transaction designed for:
• Stake building / disposal
• Financing
• Yield Enhancement
• Hedging
Hedging and managing large positions in Equity and Equity Derivatives
Required Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge
- Degree in Economics / Finance / Math, Statistics or Physics
- CFA / CQF / MBA certifications will be considered as a plus
- Strong quantitative, analytical and communication skills
Looking for a highly motivated professional to manage Strategic Equity Transactions within the IMI-CIB Equity Trading Volatility Desk.
In depth knowledge Strategic Equity Market, with previous experience in structure, execute and hedge transactions to provide clients with solutions to manage concentrated Equity Stakes
Looking for a highly motivated professional to set up and implement real time quantitative trading strategies.
In depth knowledge of delta one products and strong quantitative background.
