IMI CIB_Equity Derivatives Sales Vice President

Scope and Purpose

The candidate will have a mix of entrepreneurial and team player skills aiming to manage and develop further the existing franchise in the above mentioned geographies other than supporting the rest of the team on the flow/daily  business.

•    Manage and develop further the franchise across business lines (ETFs , Cbs, Equity derivatives, PTs)
•    Take part to IT/Organizational projects to enhance Intesa platform on our products
•    Take part in Equity primary selling activity (IPOs ABB etc) in cross selling effort with ECM, Syndicate and Cash equity sales
•    Proactively generate trading ideas

Required Experience

Looking for a mid senior sales with 5Y+ experience in the role, proficient in Equity derivatives (Delta one, volatility, convertible  bond business). Successful candidates should have an existing book of business relationships with institutional investors based in continental Europe. French language skills are a plus.
The ideal candidate should have a mix of entrepreneurial, technical, and commercial skills.
The job will require ability to cooperate with the team in managing the existing franchise and opening new accounts within the above-mentioned geographies.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge

•    Bachelor's or Master's in Finance or Quantitative Finance

•    Programming skills: Python, VBA preferred
