I'M IN, is the International Graduate Program of Intesa Sanpaolo IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division, designed for outstanding recent graduates and young professionals who aspire to build a career in Corporate & Investment Banking.

What you'll be doing

You will join the Sovereign Wealth & Pension Funds team, supporting the origination and execution of M&A, Structured Finance, and ECM/DCM transactions for institutional clients. You will contribute to financial analysis, valuation, financial modeling, and the preparation of presentations and materials for internal decision-making processes.

You will have the opportunity to support the following activities:

• support the team in preparing presentations and financial models
• contribute to client needs analysis and the development of investment banking solutions
• participate in financial statement analysis and counterparty evaluation
• support origination activities and the development of financial transactions
• collaborate with the credit department in managing requests and banking activities
• contribute to the preparation of documentation for decision-making bodies

Who we are looking for

If you are looking to turn your passion into a career and meet the following requirements, we would be delighted to hear from you:

• 0–1 years of experience, if CIB or in M&A is a plus
• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics or related fields
• Knowledge of corporate finance
• Ability to analyse and interpret financial statements and business plans
• Excellent knowledge of English (minimum level B2/C1)
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of financial modelling tools
• International experience is a plus
