I'M IN, is the International Graduate Program of Intesa Sanpaolo IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division, designed for outstanding recent graduates and young professionals who aspire to build a career in Corporate & Investment Banking.

What you'll be doing

 

Within the IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division, in the Financial Institutions Structured Credit team, you will join the Financial Intermediaries Securitisation desk. The team focuses on structured finance and securitisation, supporting financial institutions in structuring and managing financing and risk transfer transactions.

 

You will have the opportunity to support the following activities:

  • Support in structuring securitisation and structured finance transactions
  • Financial analysis and preparation of presentation materials
  • Support in analysing credit portfolios and securitisation deals
  • Contribution to transaction documentation preparation
  • Market monitoring and support to client-related activities

Who we are looking for

 

If you are looking to turn your passion into a career and meet the following requirements, we would be delighted to hear from you:

  • 0–1 years of experience, if CIB or in audit is a plus
  • Master's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or other quantitative disciplines
  • Knowledge of structured finance and securitisation
  • Interest in Financial Institutions sector
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Knowledge of ABS and securitisation is a plus
  • International academic or professional experience is a plus
