Scope and Purpose


Intesa Sanpaolo is looking for a Finance and Capital Markets Compliance Professional based in Milan for the Compliance Department. The main activities are: • Advise Firm management on the adoption, review and enforcement of various policies and procedures related to matters involving the Firm's compliance with securities rules, regulations and laws with regard to over-the-counter derivative trading. • Participate in and direct surveillance and review activities as required by the Firm's policies and procedures and by applicable laws, rules and regulations with regard to over-the-counter derivative trading. • Remain current and knowledgeable on all applicable regulatory issues and changes in securities laws, rules and regulations with regard to over-the-counter derivative trading through the regular review of appropriate publications, releases and other industry communications. Interpret and understand all such applicable issues and changes, disseminate relevant information to appropriate personnel throughout the Firm and advise and recommend appropriate action where required 

Required Experience


• At least 2 years of relevant experience in the securities industry or law-practice experience or in consulting firm 

Competencies Required


• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree • Familiarity with current regulatory issues, trends, and developments • Working knowledge and understanding of capital markets • Complete mastery of the written and spoken English language as well as the Italian language. • it's a plus knowledge of securities laws, rules and regulations of U.S. or European jurisdictions (e.g. EMIR, MiFID, Bank Holding Company Act, Dodd Frank Act - Swap Dealer, Dodd Frank Act - Volcker Rule)
