Scope and Purpose
• Daily Accounting Tasks • Preparing and maintaining financial records in accordance with Spanish and international accounting standards • Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and reports. • Preparation of accounting information for external audit. • Managing tax settlements and ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations. • Control on fixed assets account keeping • Customer management, e.g. accounts opening, closing
Required Experience
Accounting experience or in Organisational Offices in Support Functions
Competencies Required
• Good Knowledge in Microsoft Office, proficient in Excel • Languages: Spain & English (Italian is a plus)
Required Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge
• Bachelor / University degree in Economics • Minimum four year-experience in accounting & administration Department • Knowledge of principles (IFRS/PCGA) • Familiarity with tax settlements and compliance. • Familiarity with payroll and salary concepts could be considered a plus. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
