IMI CIB - ISPBL - Supply Chain Finance Product Specialist _Luxembourg

Scope and Purpose

Participating in or taking ownership of origination &structuring &execution of bilateral or multi banks -arranged SCF programs with European Obligors

Actively collaborate with coverage teams to originate new transactions, leveraging own client knowledge and professional network to identify and bring suitable profiles into SCF programs

Creating, expanding and maintaining product-focused business relationship with both Financial Partners (banks, fintechs etc) as well as with Large Corporate

Actively participating in the onboarding of Financial Partners /Fintech offering SCF programs

Fostering excellent cooperation with Coverage and Product ISP Global Structures, as well as with bank’s relevant internal structures.

Supporting the Head of department in expanding SCF portfolio, excellent cooperation with other team members for portfolio management

Ensure the preparation of desks reports on activity, presentations &pitches and other materials for clients and/or internal stakeholders

Recommend product enhancements and updates to identify new business opportunities.

Portfolio management, loan monitoring and administration in accordance with Bank’s guidelines.

Address customer issues and concerns in a timely fashion to ensure customer satisfaction.

Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, business flow, sales process and market dynamic.

Required Experience

5 years of relevant experience (working capital finance, trade receivables & payables finance, export finance)

10 years of banking experience

Competencies Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Banking, Finance, or Business Administration

MBA or Master Degree Program in Banking and / or Finance would be a plus

Distinctive advantage would be previous experience with Supply Chain Finance/Receivables Finance structures

Advantageous would be experience with corporate credit analysis, loan execution and loan administration

Relevant Commercial banking experience, either with Institutional Clients or with Large Corporates

Strong Analytical Skills - Ability to adequately assess the risks inherent in each financing transaction and to effectively convey such evaluation into the credit note

General understanding of international business and knowledge of Financial Products, Finance, Accounting, and related documentation.

MS Office

Fluent in English, Italian is an advantage
