IMI CIB - ISPBL - Corporate Banker

Scope and Purpose

We are seeking an experienced banker to join our Supply Chain Finance (SCF) team, focusing on origination, structuring, and execution of working capital solutions for European multinational clients.

The role will support the expansion of our SCF platform, collaborate with global product lines and coverage teams, and drive high-quality delivery for both financial partners (banks, fintechs) and large corporates.

Key responsabilities:

• Originate, structure, and execute SCF / receivables finance / payables finance programs
• Manage relationships with corporates, banks and fintech partners
• Support onboarding of financial partners and corporate SCF programs
• Conduct credit assessment and prepare credit notes & internal approvals
• Monitor portfolio performance and identify commercial opportunities
• Prepare client materials, reports and internal presentations
• Ensure compliance with banking policies and SCF best practices

Required Experience

5 years of relevant experience (working capital finance, trade receivables & payables finance, factoring, export finance solutions delivered to multinational corporate)

10 years of banking experience

Required Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Banking, Finance, or Business Administration

MBA or Master Degree Program in Banking and / or Finance would be a plus

Distinctive advantage - relevant previous experience with working capital solutions, in form of export finance, factoring /reverse factoring, supply chain finance /receivables finance structures

Relevant commercial banking experience, either with Institutional Clients or with Large Corporates

Relevant loan execution and administration experience

Strong analytical skills and ability to adequately assess the risks inherent in each financing transaction and to effectively convey such evaluation into the credit note

Client-focused with a relationship-driven mindset and commercial acumen, enjoying connecting with clients and colleagues alike

General understanding of international business, banking products and related documentation

MS Office

Business Fluent in English, Italian is an advantage
