Scope and Purpose
The envisaged overall activity will entail the drafting/negotiation/review of the main and ancillary documentation relating to debt capital markets instruments issuances OR EMTN programs OR liability management transactions (listed/unlisted; rated/unrated), whereas the bank acts, as applicable, as underwriter/placement agent/arranger/dealer/advisor.
Required Experience
Minimum 5 PQE with previous working experience in top-tier Italian or international law firms in an associate capacity AND/OR in top-tier Italian or international investment banks with a specific focus on international capital markets.
Competencies Required
• Thorough knowledge of financial markets laws and regulations and related regulatory matters (Italian/European/US/UK) relating to securities law.
• Previous experience and exposure to capital markets Islamic finance transactions is a plus.
• General understanding of structured finance and trade finance transactions is a plus.
• Excellent command of English, spoken and written; knowledge of Italian, Russian and/or French is a plus.
• Proactive, flexible and capable of working in a team and managing a challenging transaction pipeline.
