Introduction

 

We are looking for high-caliber undergraduate or graduate students in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Banking or other related fields who are interested in working in the FI Solutions & Securitized Products team.

 

You will be working in a fast-paced environment with a multi-cultural team, comprised of professionals with varied backgrounds who are dedicated to the daily activities associated with Financial Institutions Solutions.

 

Teamworking, problem solving and analytical skills are what we are looking for in our new colleagues.

Activities

 

Main activities / tasks:

  • Support the team in the origination, structuring, and execution of financing solutions, including ABS across multiple asset classes, MMLs, repo, and fund financing
  • Review and analyse deal documentation and data room materials, identifying and tracking key issues for senior team members
  • Undertake sector-specific research, and contribute to rating, pricing, and benchmarking analysis to support transaction structuring
  • Provide analytical support on live transactions reviewing material prepared by structuring team
  • Assist in the preparation of pitch materials, client presentations, and internal committee documents as required
  • Develop a strong understanding of the team’s mandate, products, and origination strategy, alongside the Bank’s internal governance processes

What you will learn

 

  • To support the Financial Institutions Solutions desk in the sourcing, research, and execution of asset-based and secured financing transactions in private credit across a wide range of asset classes.
  • To assist transaction team and deal leaders with ABS, MMLs, fund back-leverage, and repo financing opportunities.
  • To support preparation of internal documentation (e.g. material required for credit committee memos), supporting client origination activities, and contributing analytical input throughout the deal process.

Requirements

 

  • Strong interest in financial markets and financial institutions.
  • Solid analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Bloomberg/Reuters is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

The selection process is divided into two stages. You will take an interview with the Recruiting & Assessment Center team, that evaluates your soft skills. Those who pass this first step will receive an invitation for a technical interview with the relevant Division. Each candidate will receive feedback, regardless of the result.
