Scope and Purpose

i.   Process daily transactions of bilateral / syndicated loan in accordance with established rules and procedures;
ii.   Communicate with RM / Credit Department relating to loan processing and limit set up;
iii.   Process SWIFT & RTGS payment for funds delivery;
iv.   Clerical duties and System data input;
v.   Hub Services support for spokes branches relating to day-to-day loan processing with limit set up; and
vi.   Ad-hoc tasks (System implementation and UAT) assigned by Supervisor

Required Experience

2 - 3 years' experience in Loan Administration background
(Covering limit set up and loan administration matters).

Competencies Required

i.   Degree in Accounting, Business, Financial Services or equivalent;
ii.   Strong knowledges of Corporate Loan Administration;
iii.   Hands-on loan administration experience;
iv.   Good spoken and written of English and Chinese;
v.   A good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills; and
vi.   At least 1-Year experience for using LOANIQ system is a Must.
vii.   Excellent in taking initiatives;
viii.   Ability to work consistently and independently; and
ix.   Strong organization skills with the ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
