Scope and Purpose
- Execute business plan diligently and smartly,
- Develop distribution network and relationship by working with internal teams,
- Focus on advantages of Company products and services,
- Well-kept documentation of business-related communication,
- Provide post-sales support to clients in the region.
Required Experience
At least 5 years of experience in asset management industry OR serving in banking wealth management division for at least 3 consecutive years.
Required Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge
Qualifications and knoweledge required:
- HKSFC licensed holder for type 1, 4 and 9 for at least 3 years,
- Language capabilities to speak and write in both English and in local languages for Greater China,
- Computer capabilities using Microsoft office application sharp and smart, frequent users of social media,
- Existing wholesales key client relationships in Hong Kong, preferable with extension to Mainland China and Singapore,
- Preferable existing HKID card holder or working permit valid in place if overseas candidate.
Technical competencies required:
- Proven sales track record and existing distribution client network relationship in Hong Kong,
- Basic capability of analyzing market landscape and identify business opportunity,
- Good capability of producing English and Chinese marketing collaterals independently and collectively with internal parties,
- Good capability of making client meetings arranged with respective seniority,
- Strong capability of making presentation to express products and services in English, Cantonese and Putonghua fluently,
- Strong capability of execution business plan,
- Seasoned soft skills around interpersonal relationships, communication and dealing with pressure.
Skills required:
- Proven ability to work independently with high attention to detail,
- Build up the contacts and network based on business plan and development strategy of the Company,
- Integrity is a must and utmost, sound refence and feedback from peer, ex-colleagues and clients,
- Strong interpersonal skills and dealing with pressure
