Scope and Purpose

 

 

 

Daily Accounting Tasks

  • Reconciliation of nostro corona system
  • Analysis and Monitoring of sets of financial statements
  • Identification and clarification of accounting differences
  • Cost management:
    • settlement, accounting and monitoring of the collection of bills
    • accounting and payment of invoices in our core system
    • Control and accounting of travel expenses
  • Control on fixed assets account keeping
  • input of accounting documents in core system
  • current FX rates and prime rates input in core system
  • Customer management, e.g. accounts opening, closing

Required Experience

 

 

Accounting  experience or in Organisational Offices in Support Functions

Required Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge

 

  • Qualification/experience as accounting officer
  • Knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS & HGB)
  • Experience in regulatory reporting to Deutsche Bundesbank (AnaCredit, BiSta, AWV, etc.) is a plus
  • Flexibility and learning ability to adapt to fast-paced, changing environment and legal/accounting framework
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Familiar with MS-Office (especially Excel) and ABACUS360
  • Languages: German & English (Italian optional, but not required)
