Scope and Purpose

Edit, process and distribute Equity and Credit research reports to the bank’s Institutional clients, consistently meeting quality standards and deadlines.

 

Main tasks

 

  • Editing in English (proofreading, quality and consistency control, number checking, formatting) and production support for Equity and Credit research reports (company and sector reports, equity daily comments, initiation of coverage and primary market reports as well as presentations) on Italian and European listed companies;
  • Manage the clearing process of the reports (including disclaimer and regulatory compliance checks);
  • Distribution of reports to institutional investors and internal users (including distribution via CRM tools, website/portal uploads);
  • Admin support to Equity and Credit research teams.     expelfac

Required Experience

  • At least 3 years of experience in editing in English and/or in English translations, preferably in the financial industry;
  • A Supervisory Analyst (FINRA Series 16) licence for the regulatory sign-off process of the reports is a plus.

Competencies Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Languages or in Finance;
  • Fluent or mother tongue English;
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint);
  • Flexibility in terms of working hours;
  • Knowledge of Finance or of Financials Markets is a plus.
