Risk Analysis and Reporting Leader

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the effective operation and leadership of the Strategic Risk Analysis and Reporting function.
- Prepare and present regular risk reports to senior management (Board of Directors, Supervisory Board, Risk Committees) and the parent company.
- Continuously monitor credit risk portfolios (retail and corporate), analyze trends and deviations.
- Manage and further develop impairment/provisioning processes in line with IFRS9 methodology.
- Maintain and enhance collective impairment methodologies.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports (MNB, ISP, ESG, audit reports, first level control reports).
- Produce portfolio quality reports and impact analyses.
- Drive automation of reporting processes (SAS Visual Analytics, VBA).
- Coordinate implementation of credit risk models (PD, LGD, CCF).
- Define new reporting and modelling requirements and oversee testing processes.
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure their implementation.
- Collaborate with the parent company and internal stakeholders to harmonize methodologies.
- Ensure availability and continuous development of data assets for portfolio management.
- Participate in the evaluation of major transactions and provisioning assessments.
Leadership responsibilities:

- Translate strategic objectives into actionable goals and ensure execution.
- Build strong relationships with senior management and key stakeholders.
Requirements:
Professional requirements
- University degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in risk management / credit risk / reporting.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS9 methodology and impairment models.
- Experience with credit risk models (PD, LGD, CCF).
- Hands-on experience with reporting tools (e.g. SAS Visual Analytics, VBA).
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Understanding of regulatory environment (e.g. central bank reporting).
- Experience in stakeholder management and working with a parent company.
