Účel a náplň práce
We are looking for an experienced leader to take on the role of Head of Leasing Office.
This is a senior management position with full responsibility for the development, performance, and strategic positioning of the leasing business. The role requires a candidate capable of defining direction, driving growth, and representing the leasing area at both Bank and Group level. The successful candidate must be comfortable operating in an international environment and communicating fluently in English.
Your role will include:
- Leading the development and management of leasing products and services, including pricing models aligned with current market trends
- Managing relationships with stakeholders within the International Banks Division and with third-party partners, providing input on product requirements and ensuring alignment with the Group’s ESG framework
- Overseeing and coordinating approval processes for new products in cooperation with relevant Bank and Group functions
- Supervising the management of leasing positions, including administrative, accounting, reporting, tax, and financial aspects, while ensuring adequate support for business functions
- Ensuring effective management of post-sale contractual activities in collaboration with relevant functions, including reporting to management, business units, and regulators; monitoring early warning signals, proposing restructuring solutions, and overseeing collection and recovery activities
- Driving collaboration across Bank and Group functions to identify and implement commercial, operational, and project-related synergies
- Ensuring high-quality customer care and operational support for clients of ISP Divisions, both directly and through Relationship Managers for leasing products
- Monitoring overall portfolio performance, including maturities, residual values, and non-performing loans, and overseeing lifecycle management of leased assets (including insurance, maintenance, and repossession)
- Leading and coordinating a team of Product Specialists, ensuring delivery of technical and specialized support to the Network and compliance with relevant regulatory requirements
- Overall responsibility for the commercial performance, profitability, and risk profile of the leasing portfolio
- Defining and executing the leasing strategy, including business growth, client acquisition, and cross-selling initiatives across segments
