Intesa Sanpaolo is the fourth italian company, and the first Italian bank, to receive the Dyslexia Friendly Company Certification.
According to the Italian Dyslexia Foundation nonprofit organization, there are about 12 thousand people with DSA who are looking for a job every year. Intesa Sanpaolo wanted to design its candidate experience in a way that guarantees the same experience to each and every candidate.
Inclusion is one of our fundamental values and this is why Intesa Sanpaolo decided to undertake a 12-month course to adapt and improve HR processes to encourage the emergence of talents with specific learning disabilities (DSA) .

Intesa Sanpaolo recently joined ethical hackers team “mHACKeroni” in their adventure at the Las Vegas DEFCON, the world’s most prestigious cybersecurity contest.
We chose to sponsor them and to support them because we strongly believe that knowing and nurturing digital talents is an essential step in making sure that we always stay at the forefront of digital security.
MHACKeroni ranked seventh worldwide and are aiming for the podium for next year’s edition.
