Find Your Talent is an opportunity to become a part of the Intesa Sanpaolo Group. You can forget the internships: the program is a 2-year course characterized by 4 experiences in different business areas, at least one of which will take place outside of Italy.

Find Your Talent is the international talent program that will allow you to make diverse experiences in different business areas inside the Group.
TRAINING
You won’t be left alone during these two years: the Chief Lending Officer Management will be at your side, along with a dedicated HR person and other colleagues that have been enlisted in the Group's internal International Talent Program. A support to help you in this experience.
