Subsidiaries Bank Innovation Contest

Make it Real is a new recruitment method by Intesa Sanpaolo.

A two-day contest sponsored by our Subsidiaries Bank Division has just ended.  80 students from various Italian Universities were involved in a contest  focused on two main different business areas: planning and control, multichannel and customer experience.

The participants had the opportunity to explore diversity by actively working together and finding themselves immersed in totally different cultural contexts.
It was a wonderful occasion to test themselves, while working in team and trying to bet on their future! Instead, we bet on young talents. And we did well.

For fifteen of them, a new professional experience in Intesa Sanpaolo is going to start.

Past events

Insurance and Innovation Contest

On June 21st and 22nd, graduates from LUISS, La Sapienza and the University of Turin were tested on Big Data, Internet of Things and Insurance Design in our Make it Real contest within the Insurance Division of Intesa Sanpaolo.


IT & Big Data Innovation Contest

On October 21st and 22nd 2016, 75 students from the Politecnico di Torino joined us in our Grattacielo for Make it Real, the competitive game involving Big Data, Data Science, Blockchain and Cognitive Computing which saw the best of them starting a career in our Group.


Divisione Banca dei Territori

On October 7th and 8th 2016, in our Grattacielo in Torino, 80 new graduates in Economics attended Make it Real, a recruiting game on topics like Capital budget, Customer Experience, Planning and Control and Pricing.
