Warsaw Assistant Relationship Manager

Scope and Purpose

To support and cooperate with the Relationship Managers in their activities. In particular, to give assistance to the RMs by providing all necessary support including (not exhaustive list):  Performing the Customer Due Diligence including main checks on relevant legal documentation  Monitoring and analysing regularly (on monthly basis) the performance of the customer base, addressing commercial actions accordingly, credit facilities status/utilization  Updating commercial and financial information using dedicated databases and tools (e.g.: Bloomberg, Reuters, Informa, etc.)  Customizing Commercial Presentations for the Client Visits  Analysis of Competitor's main product/pricing offer / strategies  Assessing customer's financial needs and potential prospect's banking needs  Structuring short Management Notes with the analysis and comments on main financial performances of the client's annual reports  Following together with the RM dedicated Projects (segmentation / repricing / innovation / digitalization)  Regularly refer to the Italian headquarters and liaising with RMs in Italy and Business Development Structures in order to increase the reach of prospect clients in Poland  Covering all daily and administrative activities  Monitoring the utilisation of credit lines and their availability to ensure compliance with credit criteria and prudential risk management  Controlling the risk position 

Required Experience

• Previous experience in customers' facing roles advantageous but not essential • Previous experience in banking or financial institution preferable 

Competencies Required

• University degree or equivalent • Master degree preferred • Languages: Polish, mother tongue equivalent English (Italian also basic an advantage) • Strong communication skills • Flexibility • Good organizational skills • Team working • Credit and accounting skills • Business modelling • Good knowledge of Microsoft package and of banking operational systems • Develop ability to use internal IT systems • Polish Commercial Law
