Scope and Purpose

Will report "Functionally, to Head of Corporate Desk; hierarchically to GM France"
    Ensure the achievement of profitability, sales and risk objectives for the customers in the portfolio, developing and managing customer relationships within the territory of competence. 
    Support the GRM of competence in the process for defining the sales strategies and the budget of the relative units, with reference to Commercial Banking products and services. 
    Monitor the management relationship trend and the economic performance of the customers in the portfolio, adopting the necessary corrective measures, coordinating with the relevant GRMs. 
    Support the Head of the Corporate Desk / EU Hub and the GRM, or act directly, with the support of Global Strategic Coverage (for the cluster of competence), in carrying out targeted commercial initiatives on Investment Banking and Structured Finance products. 
    Manage the general credit risk profile of customers in the portfolio and report any signs of deterioration. 
    Activate credit facility proposals/credit line reviews, obtaining the legal and contractual documentation and the necessary guarantees. 
    Contribute to internal rating activities. 
    Authorise, in line with the authority limits granted and existing processes, rates, terms and conditions on products and services for customers. 
    Promote cross-selling with the collaboration and support of the specialist units of the Branch and/or Division and the product companies of the Intesa Sanpaolo Group. 
Promote, where applicable, the offer of products and services to the foreign subsidiaries of large Multinationals of competence of the Branch, coordinating with the relationship functions of the Global Corporate Department / International Network.
    Ensure that customers are properly managed by guaranteeing compliance with operational processes and company regulations.

 

Required Experience

    Work experience of at least 5 years in Coverage of Large Corporate Clients

Required Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge

    Master's Degree in economics and finance 
    Fluency in written and spoken English and French;
    Proficiency using of Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
    Strong analytical skills
    Problem solving attitude 
    Relational and organizational skills, flexibility and proactivity
    Ability to work independently as part of a team and within deadlines

    Good Knowledge of the products offered by the Bank 
    Analytical skills and ability to understand and exploit financial information and databases. 
    Analysis to support the credit process
    Financial modelling 
    Preparation of marketing/origination documents
    Familiar with Excel/Word/PowerPoint.
